The Place for the Healthy Foodie and Hurried Chef
My sweet cream cheese frosting recipe is from my friend Corryn, probably the greatest gift she could give me after her friendship. I’ve used it successfully and without fail many, many times on cupcakes, cakes, and cookies. Here I used it on a birthday cake for my twin sisters-in-law. We swirled our roses with our basic Wilson Icing Syringe kit to make a beautiful, simple cake.
This recipe makes enough icing for one cake (standard box) or 25 cupcakes. I recommend this on Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes, or on Vanilla or Red Velvet cakes.
