The Easiest Sauteed Brussel Sprouts Ever (Martha Stewart)

Common name: Brussels sproutI love sauteed or roasted brussel sprouts! Yum! I wanted to share my go-to recipe for sautéing them (thank you Martha Stewart). You can find the link to the original recipe here. It is as follows:

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 table spoon of olive oil over medium-high.
  2. Add halved brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring frequently, until caramelized, 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add 1/3 cup water and cook until evaporated, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice and toss to coat.
  5. Serve hot and delicious

They go well with any kind of protein, and the brussel spouts have 0pp, you just have to add maybe a point per serving due to the olive oil.
