Flatouts Flatbread Pizzas

image2When the “Flatouts” craze began, I was in Mexico City and I was unable to find/purchase the wraps. All of my fellow Weight Watchers on Instagram were busy cooking flatout pizzas and making delicious low-point wraps and I was dying inside! Anyways, now that I am stateside again I have been making my share of pizzas, wraps and flatbreads and I have been super satisfied. Here are the easy steps:

  1. Set oven to 375, prep your ingredients
  2. Prebake flatbread on a baking sheet (no liner or grease necessary) for 2 minutes at 375
  3. Remove flatbread from oven, top with sauce, cheese, meats, veggies, fruits of your choice
  4. Bake flatbread for 4-5 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and enjoy
